Aren’t developers and artists in developing countries slower and less productive than their counterparts in the developed world?

This is a misconception – it’s really the corporate culture of the company that determines the output. Once clear guidelines are set on what is expected of them, they perform their work very effectively – in many cases more effectively than their counterparts in the developed world.
