Clients who avail of the TGG Support Package will have Web/SEO/Marketing support by phone, chat medium, Webinar, or Basecamp. This can also mean technical support for Business Catalyst and GoodBarry users.

Clients can avail any of these four TGG Support Packages:

1. 50-Hour Support Pack - $1,125
2. 100-Hour Support Pack - $2,250
3. 200-Hour Support Pack - $4,450
4. 500-Hour Support Pack - $11,000

All these support packs cover hours for any client’s web design, web development, search engine optimization, and SEM support needs.

TGG has come up with these support packages with the main objective of helping you save on invoicing overhead for small jobs. Our support services will also ensure that any minor changes, updates, revisions and fixes get acted upon right away. Moreover, with the TGG Support Package, TGG and the client can mutually agree on the work hours before any work gets started.

Payment Terms and Conditions

• Payments must be made before work on any package begins.
• Payments by e-check will require clearance before commencement of work.
• In the event of price changes, clients will be given a full calendar month’s notice.
• TGG reserves the right to vary prices in cases where the scope is beyond the specifications outlined in the packages.
• TGG reserves the right to vary the price and delivery period for any changes or additions that are outside the scope of normal revisions/approvals that are made after work has started.
